You pay the shop directly. There are no payments inside the app. When the shop closes the order, it records what you paid.
Why can't I see shops farther than 1 km?
Saabkuch is for your own neighbourhood. Keeping to 1 km means the shops you see can reach you quickly. Being this close also saves you delivery charges, as nearby shops usually deliver without any fee.
What if a shop is closed?
Each shop sets its own opening and closing times. If you order before a shop opens, your order waits in a queue until it does.
How does a shop join?
Download the app, create an account and send your documents: CNIC front and back, shop photos and an electricity bill. Once the Saabkuch team approves your application, you can start selling.
Can I use the app in Urdu?
Yes. You can choose Urdu or English in the app.
